How to create? Just follow the following brief steps..
If you have a Digital Camera, take 3 photos with three different exposure.
Example EV+2, EV 0 , EV-2
Use a Adobe Photoshop or Photomatix Pro 3.
I personally recommend Photomatix Pro 3, it will more easier to use for amateur to create great HDR images.
Use the Software to merge the 3 different exposure photos.
After a HDR images is created, normally the image file is in 32bit, a normal Monitor can't display the color correctly, and the colors of the image will be very terrible and wash-put.
So we need to convert the image to 16bit or 8bit. So that our image can be display in our normal monitor.
For more understanding tutorial and information, you can google it yourself.
Is very easy, you can try it yourself.
Have Fun !!!
